2/29/2012 9:02:46 AM E__WOK: So shoe polish is not sufficient to keep leather holsters boots soft and waterproofed? Shoe polish definitely won’t make them water resistant let alone water proof. It does seem to help keep the leather holsters from totally drying out. Basically shoe polish just covers up the blems, scuff, and cuts and keeps the shoe/boot looking nicer longer. _Beleg_
